TexasOne Community Credit Union will not
be responsible for defects.
Some vehicles may qualify for an Extended Warranty at Bidder's
expense. For information on these used vehicles, contact
TexasOne Community Credit Union.
SEALED BID AUCTION PROCEDURES
1. All bids must be received either in person or via the
website on a specific car no later than 4:00 P.M. on the last
day to bid.
2. All bids submitted must be at least the minimum bid
requested. All bids below the minimum will not be
considered.
3. All bids will remain confidential until after 4:00
P.M. on the last day of bidding, at which time the highest
bidder will be contacted to either pay cash for the vehicle or
arrange financing.
4. Should the winning bidder not be able to close the
sales transaction, the next highest bidder will be contacted
to purchase the vehicle.
5. Bid Auction is subject to
close at anytime without prior notice.
